Let's forget about all our friends and family

Kirbyesque

I couldnt show what i was working on yet and by tomorrow I meant in a week or so. Graduation things, shows, framing are taking up most of my time for the next few days. Here's a piece for the "Square Foot Show" going on in the Galaxie studio in 2 weeks. This painting is kinda deep on my thoughts about it. Kirby, Pope, Smith, and many other artists influenced it. I was challenging myself to use only brush and ink on this one, trying to get myself to steady my hand yet keeping a loose quality to the painting. If your in Chicago stop by the show.

Enjoy,
